I am teaching an online (and shorter, 4 one hour sessions) of my Exit Strategies class at Stanford. This version is through continuing studies and so is open to any/all interested Founders/CEOs. This is a unique opportunity as anyone can attend and, since it’s online, it’s anonymous. I'll cover all the basics elements to maximize the value of the company you've built (regardless if you're raising money, thinking about M&A or just want to raise your profile for BD or other purposes). This is all the stuff no one ever teaches you. This is not a traditional class on the mechanics of deals, but a practical blueprint on how to position your company to maximize its potential. I can only usually handle a few clients at a time in my day-to-day professional life so this is my way of lowering the barrier so I can help as many entrepreneurs as possible. I don’t do this for money (Stanford does, but it’s inexpensive). I do it because I’ve been there and this information is hard to come by.
